Story of my path
I have been doing sports my whole life and was a rhythmic gymnast for more than 10 years. At the age of 19, I have already started master classes for kids. After moving to the US I graduated at National Academy of sport medicine and got into fitness training in California. Most of my clients approached me with the request to lose weight, among my clients there were superstars and Victoria’s Secret models.
But, because only 2% of all clients either online or in person training could reach their goals, I realized that external tools like counting calories and grueling workouts wouldn’t work until the moment you would start working with your psyche. I started studying psychology in Harvard school. I desired to be involved in the psychological course closely related to body-oriented therapy. The topic about connection between body and mind attracted me the most. And now, I know, you wouldn’t be able to overcome yourself without changing your mindset.
If you have children, you will definitely answer all my questions. And the first one, when your child comes to this world, on the very first day of his life, do you know he/she is already a certain person with his own special character? Definitely, yes! There is something so invisible, intangible, but something that distinguishes him/her from all other people on earth. His/her own unique energy. The soul!
So, the scientifically proven knowledge system which studies the soul is astrology. As you already guessed I started studying astrology.
